imagize offers a variety of products and services to scale according to your immediate and long-term document imaging and digital storage needs. Start with a Base Portal configuration including just one Standard retrieval module and add features, component and additional modules as you need.
imagize offers the following:
Base, Standard and Custom Portals
- Base Portals - Base portals are "distributor managed" portals that allows a low-cost, easy "get started" approach to customers needing base, document scanning and storage functionality.
- Standard Portals - Standard portal configuration with customer-branded portals, client user administration module and standard retrieval modules.
- Custom Portals - Customized portal retrieval modules, additional customized reports, custom display and data import/ data match options.
Additional Components and Features
Add additional components and features at anytime as your needs grow and change.
- Data Match Module - Allows data to be stored at the portal and matches the scanned and uploaded images against the stored data to reduce and often eliminate manual indexing for search fields.
* Recommended for lower to mid volume scanning
- Commercial Data Entry Application - Similar to the Data Match Module only that the data resides at the portal yet the Commercial Data Entry application resides locally at the customers' workstation(s), etc.
* Recommended for higher volume scanning
- Advanced User Management Module -
Note: Adding additional features and components may present opportunities to migrate to a different portal configuration.
Example: Adding the advanced User Management Module is available on Standard and Custom portals but not available in the Basse portal option.
