imagize™ is a digital document storage system that is flexible and allows integration to your core business application(s). imagize implements an easy scan>label and send step as well as a rapid "batch scanning" option to quickly digitize paper files and archive in the imagize storage portal.
Many core business applications do not offer an easy document scanning and storage repository for digital files. imagize allows you to work within your core busness application and sinply "call" or retriev a digital document through a secure web-service technology and keeps your documents off-site yet instantly accessible.
Existing Data
If you have data that resides in your existing systems that needs to be shared with imagize™ (or sent from imagize™), our integration experts can work with you to provide the exact solution you need.
File Formats
imagize can be adapted work with your systems using a variety of formats and technologies including;
- xml
- web services
- delimited formats including csv and others.
Image Formats
imagize stores images in an industry compliant CCITT Group 4 Tiff image format for black and white images and a PNG file format for color images.
The Group 4 Tiff image is a compressed image file format and often referred to as;
- G4 Tiff
- Group IV Tiff
- .tiff and or .tif
Note: CCITT is an industry standard format for binary images (black and white) and considered a non-proprietary format for long-term, sustainable format for digital image archiving.
